Cezary Domański Nieznane tradycje psychologii bydgoskiej

Abstrakt

The article discusses the history of Bydgoszcz psychology in the interwar
period (1918-1939). Main initiatives of the local circle, connected with the popularization,
teaching and practical applications of psychological knowledge were
all described. The activity of “Koło Psychologiczne” (or “Psychological Circle”),
the beginnings of vocational guidance and the courses of further education in the
field of psychology were also subject to our discussion. The most important forms
for popularization of psychology in Bydgoszcz’s newspapers and public lecturing
activities in the fields of psychology and other, related to it, were also presented.
