Abstrakt

Communication with single parent of the same sex was assessed by 64 daughters and 66 sons by using the Parent-Adolescent Communication Scale (PACS). Analysis between parent's socio-demographic characteristics and their families has showed that mothers with higher education were assessed by daugh­ter as the most communicative and their openness was conditioned by age of ado­lescents and amount of siblings. In pairs father-son, increase of boys's age causes open communication in families of younger fathers.
